Spoiled Brat
Crisis of democracy, 25 percent youth unemployment, racism, economy, the state´s enemy! The list is endless. In France, everything is at sixes and sevens, the economy is in tatters. In other words: Everyone does what he wants! Bringing order into the whole structure seems almost impossible. It’s like a naughty child. It screws up permanently, not necessarily because it wants this, but perhaps out of boredom, to attract attention. „Laissez-faire“, the anti-authoritarian education, is no help here. You must take drastic action, raise the child. If we transfer this metaphor on France, similarities are noticeable at once. For over thirty years properly no government has succeeded in bringing France on track. Jacques Chirac may have recognized the problem years ago that the economic „laissez-faire“ was as bad as communism, but he also didn´t get the situation under control. In times of rapidly declining prosperity one doesn´t believe in democratic parties no more. A hard hand must be found, clear words must be said. Without hesitation Le Pen is regarded as the solution to all problems. One is susceptible to pithy words, populism becomes the rose-colored glasses through which hope is meant to be seen. Democrats of France: Wake up, take heart to say clear words! Say „No!“ to lobbying!
Ungezogenes Kind
Krise der Demokratie, 25 Prozent Jugendarbeitslosigkeit, Rassismus, die Wirtschaft der Feind des Staates! Die Liste lässt sich beliebig verlängern. In Frankreich geht es drunter und drüber, die Wirtschaft liegt am Boden. Anders ausgedrückt: Jeder macht, was er will! Eine Ordnung in das gesamte Gefüge zu bringen scheint nahezu unmöglich. Es ist wie bei einem ungezogenen Kind. Es baut einen Mist nach dem anderen, nicht unbedingt, weil es dies will, sondern vielleicht nur aus Langeweile, um Aufmerksamkeit zu erregen. „Laissez-faire“, die antiautoritäre Erziehung, hilft hier nicht weiter. Man muss mit harter Hand durchgreifen, das Kind erziehen. Übertragen wir dieses Bild auf Frankreich, fallen einem sogleich Ähnlichkeiten auf. Seit über dreißig Jahren hat es keine Regierung so richtig geschafft, Frankreich auf Spur zu bringen. Jacques Chirac hat das Problem zwar vor Jahren erkannt, dass das wirtschaftliche „Laissez-faire“ so schlimm sei wie der Kommunismus, so recht in den Griff bekommen hat er die Lage aber auch nicht. Man traut den demokratischen Parteien in Zeiten rasant abfallenden Wohlstandes nichts mehr zu. Eine harte Hand muss her, klare Worte müssen gesagt werden. Ohne großes Zögern wird Le Pen als die Lösung aller Probleme betrachtet. Man ist empfänglich für markige Worte, Populismus ist die rosa Brille, durch die man Hoffnung meint zu erkennen. Demokraten Frankreichs: Wacht auf, Mut zu klaren Worten! „Nein!“ zu Lobbyismus!
